I’ve been a chef my whole career, and I’ve always had a love for creating great food—not just in restaurants, but at home too. Over time, I also discovered a real passion for product design. I realised that when you have the right tools, cooking becomes faster, easier, and a lot more satisfying. Good tools don’t just make better food—they make you feel more confident and in control in the kitchen.
When I was working in restaurants, we mostly had to rely on basic, worn-out tools. It made already long days harder, more tiring, and sometimes downright frustrating. Eventually, I started bringing in my own tools—things I knew worked better. The change was immediate. Not just for me, but for the chefs around me too. Everyone wanted to borrow my gear because it made their work so much easier.
That’s when I started seriously testing different products—comparing them in real kitchens with my fellow chefs. We quickly saw that some tools made a huge difference, while others just didn’t hold up. After a lot of trial and feedback, I put together a collection of the tools we genuinely loved using every day.
