I purchased this Chinese knife and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the blade is excellent: sharp, durable and perfect for cutting meat, vegetables and even light bones without effort. The handle is ergonomic and comfortable, ensuring a safe grip even after long use.
The balancing of the knife is flawless, making it very managing and accurate in cuts. Furthermore, the traditional Chinese design makes it not only functional, but also aesthetically very beautiful.

Lovely knife. Arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and sharp! A little front heav, but this baby cuts through sweet potatoes like butter.
Pros: Well made. Super sharp factory edge.
Cons: A bit front heavy. Not a fan of the round handle at all - rectangular gives a lot more control.
